One app: the iPad by the amplifier is the station, a staff iPhone is the remote, and any browser on the Wi-Fi is the office desk. Built for libraries, leisure centres and pools, gyms, retail floors, community centres and aged care.

Opening hours, once

Enter the week. The welcome plays at opening, “closing in 15 minutes” and “closing in 5” count down, and the closed call goes out at closing — every day. Late night Thursday? Change the hours and every call moves with them.

The soundboard

Everything the desk needs to say, one tap away. Fill-in calls — would Jane Smith please come to the front desk, a vehicle, a lost child — plus your recordings and typed messages in the announcer voice.

Music plan and promos

Quiet from opening, livelier after lunch, off at closing — set a mood for each part of the day and it plays itself. Your own promos drop in between songs, never over one, every 10, 20 or 30 minutes.

The day planner

The whole day on one timeline: the open band, the door calls, music blocks and your own events. Pick any date to check a holiday, change one event on one day, or skip it.

Chimes and music sources

Five clean attention chimes, or import your own. Music from your own files fully offline, Apple Music, Spotify or internet radio. Music dips for an announcement and comes back by itself.

Emergency, one big button

Evacuate, Alert, Lockdown, All Clear. Tone plus spoken instruction on loop until you press STOP, with everything else silenced. A staff assist tool — not a certified warning system.

Set it up from any computer on the Wi-Fi

The iPad serves its own control page. Type the address shown on the iPad into a browser on the office PC, enter the pairing code, and you're in — with a proper keyboard for typing promos and calls.

How it works

Plug the iPad in

One audio lead from the iPad to your amplifier's line input, and a charger. Nothing is installed on the amplifier.

Set your hours

Enter the week and the venue name. The opening and closing announcements are ready to go — listen to them with one tap.

Add your music and calls

Import music, set the music plan, type a couple of promos and your own paging calls. Fifteen minutes, from the iPad or a PC.

Leave it alone

The iPad becomes the venue clock when idle. Staff carry the remote on their iPhones. Everything runs to the hours until you change them.

FAQ

Does it need the internet?

No. Your hours, the opening and closing calls, the soundboard, chimes, planner and your own music files all run entirely on the iPad. Only Apple Music, Spotify and internet radio need a connection; the iPhone remote and the browser page only need your own Wi-Fi.

Can I set it up from a PC?

Yes. The iPad shows an address in Settings → Remote Access. Type it into any browser on the same Wi-Fi, enter the pairing code, and the whole thing opens — hours, soundboard, planner, music, promos, chimes and settings.

What happens on public holidays?

Tap the date on the Hours calendar to close it and nothing plays that day. Give a day different hours and every announcement moves with it.

Is the iPhone a separate app?

No — it's the same Venue PA app. On an iPad it's the station; on an iPhone it's the remote. One subscription on the iPad covers every phone.

Is there an emergency function?

Yes: Evacuate, Alert, Lockdown and All Clear, with tone and spoken instruction on loop until stopped. It is a staff assist tool, not a certified fire or life-safety system.

What data do you collect?

None. There are no accounts and no cloud — your hours, recordings and music stay on your own devices. See the privacy policy.
